SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROCESS:
The product takes 6 to 8 business days from process to ship after payment clearance. When we ship your package, we will deliver you an email regarding your product shipping and tracking detail. But if, any delay happens with the timings and estimated duration crossed out then you can contact us via Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat, for product inquiry with quick response. (Delayed might occur due to public holidays or natural disasters if any). However, shipping takes time to deliver in some countries; it may take up to 6-10 working days or depend on the situation.
We provide FREE SHIPPING OVER $90 but in the case of urgent our policies are made on Expedite Shipping cost $29; it takes 3 to 4 business days from process to deliver the product at your doorstep.
We collaborate with most trusted services including USPS, DHL, and FedEx. We even facilitate our valued customers by sending an email about their tracking and shipping detail as the product dispatch from here. If in case you are not able to collect your package detail because of any unavailability, you may assign your neighbor for receiving a consignment on your behalf or leave of absence note on the exit to pointing towards their door. So that they can sign and receive the product for you.

To make appropriate delivery, we greatly depend on you to provide us your correct shipping address with the contact number and relevant details. Because we do not send to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. For that reason, it is obligatory that you give us your complete physical or residential / address for shipping. If you want to change the shipping address so you may directly contact USPS, DHL, and FedEx for any amendments
RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS BY ABBRACI:
Once you place the order on Abbraci, you will receive a notice about your order confirmation and a complete copy of an invoice for the requested item. In the case of not receiving a notice, it means that your registration is failed due to some technical issue/problem. The product will not be a ship or into the process until the confirmation receipt is sent to you.
HOW TO CLAIM FOR LATE DELIVERY AND DAMAGE ITEM:
We always care for our valued customers in kind of compensation if the product fails to receive and you unable to track your consignment in the given estimated time duration. The credit will be restored in the credit card or PayPal account, or a replacement will be provided.
Unfortunately, if you found a product with damage or something unlikely, then you are allowed to contact us via Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat within 07 business days after the delivery is made concerning the issue. Moreover, you also have 30 days return policy to claim your refund.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
An email will be received with a notice about the product shipping and tracking ID. It will take 02 to 05 business days to be delivered to your doorstep after shipping.
